He was involved in several mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, complex data center migrations and IT outsourcing initiatives. He has directed IT Centers of Excellence for companies such as Philips Semiconductors and NXP Semiconductors and led organizations spread across North America, Latin America, Western Europe and Asia. His primary focus in on project management, IT Service Delivery & Management, cost optimization, process harmonization and risk mitigation. He is PMP and ITIL certified. He holds a Masters in Computer Science and dual Bachelors in Electronics and Physics
