Mark Morgan

Chief Executive Advisor, StratEx Advisors Inc.  Mark Morgan is Chief Executive Advisor for StratEx Advisors, Inc., a consultancy he founded to focus on consulting in strategic execution and organizational transformation. He is the lead author of the best selling book “Executing Your Strategy” new in 2008 from Harvard Business School Press. He is the former Chief Learning Officer of IPSolutions, Inc. and Practice Director of Stanford Advanced Project Management (SAPM). . In addition, Mark regularly provides cutting-edge insights and solutions to global audiences as a regular presenter at the Stanford Advanced Project Management (SAPM) on-campus sessions, international conferences and corporate executive sessions . He develops and delivers custom solutions and consulting at the most senior level of some of the world’s most respected companies. Mark’s experience in converting strategy into action stems from 30 years of experience, including a 13-year career with IBM, 7 years as an independent consultant delivering leadership solutions, executing 2 business startups and 10 years as a consulting educator in the field of strategic execution. Mark has an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BS In engineering technology from California Polytechnic State University. He is PMP®Certified and a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM).

Craig Elkins

Managing Partner, Insights Learning & Development.  He is the author of the book The Gatehouse: A Book about Business, A Story about Life, a business novel that focuses on new business paradigms of the 21st Century as well as life lessons for personal transformation. The Gatehouse won the Writers Notes Magazine Business Book Award for 2004. Craig founded the Applied Thinking and Creativity Team at The Boeing Company, which provided tools and strategies to think more efficiently, effectively and creatively, and was also the Director of Quality Assurance for one of the three Boeing Divisions. Craig is one of only a handful of Master Trainers worldwide in both Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking and he was on Innovation ’98, a worldwide broadcast on creativity, innovation, and business strategy. He is a regular speaker across North America and the U.K. on business topics such as communication, spirit and passion in the workplace, cultural transformation, and creativity to include the SAP Global Leadership Conference in June 2004, the Fortune Magazine Conference on Human Resources—The New Agenda, and the American Creativity Association National Conference, where he was the keynote speaker in 2002. His interesting and diverse background includes being an intelligence officer—where besides “regular” intelligence work he served as the assistant to the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Intelligence Center and School—and a professional bowler. He also served as the President of the American Cancer Society’s East King County unit. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in Written Communication from Santa Clara University where he was selected Phi Beta Kappa, and a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, which he earned with Magna Cum Laude honors.

LeAnn Elkins

Chief Learning Officer, Insights Learning & Development - Seattle. LeAnn Elkins is the Chief Learning Officer. She is a facilitator, trainer, and consultant in teaming, communication, creativity, high performing organizations and leadership development with 17 years experience in a corporate environment. LeAnn combines her expertise and training skills to develop and deliver high impact programs that are interactive, experiential and learner-centered. LeAnn’s work has been featured in US News and World Report, The Seattle Times, Effective Meetings, Quality, and Bright Magazine. LeAnn holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration and is a Master Trainer in both Insights Discovery and Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats.

Suzanne Dresser

Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions, Insights Learning & Development - Seattle.  Suzanne works in partnership with clients in Northern California and Hawaii to transform organizations, leaders, individuals and teams. She has over 20 years consulting experience helping companies significantly grow revenue and reduce costs through strategy development, new business ventures, alliances, customer-driven product and service development, passion and creativity.  As a Senior Manager with the firms of Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP, she managed global programs and projects. Prior to joining Insights Learning & Development Suzanne was the General Manager of New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Hawaii where she led the organization to the #1 training provider position in Hawaii, tripling sales in four years. New Horizons was Voted Top 25 Women-Owned Businesses in Hawaii 2005 and 2006 by Pacific Business News. Suzanne has a BA in Training Design & Development from the University of Michigan. She is a Board Member of ASTD Golden Gate Chapter (2008-09) and the Director of Marketing for the Project Management Institute (2008-09) – Silicon Valley. 

Harish Chinai, PMP

Harish Chinai is an entrepreneur, business consultant, a PMI certified project management professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt holder. He has worked as a consultant for many high tech companies in the Bay Area for over twenty years. Currently he is serving on number of nonprofit organizations, among them San Jose Public Library as Commissioner. He is the past President and Senior Board member of PMI Silicon Valley, Inc. Under his leadership Silicon Valley chapter was nominated for the Chapter of the Year Award. He initiated many professional Development programs for the members including PMP Preparation classes. He has trained, coached and mentored many Project Managers. He has taught Problem and Decision Analysis. Harish Chinai is a thought leader in IT Governance, Program Office Management (PMO), and IT Portfolio Management. Harish co-founded a high tech start up Techni-Guidance Inc. As the Vice President for Strategic Alliances, Technology Licensing, and Marketing he created partnerships with GM, Chrysler, Ford, Volvo and major Japanese car manufacturers. He has helped many startup companies in the Silicon Valley including 311emergency.com. He was recognized by PMI Silicon Valley chapter and given “Exceptional Leadership“ award in 2006 and 2007.

Srinivas Ramakuri, MS, MBA, PMP

Srinivas Ramakuri is the Past President of PMI Silicon Valley Chapter (2008). He is an Information Technology expert with experience in architecting and developing mission critical business applications for large-scale enterprises including Supply Chain Management and CRM. Srinivas has lead enterprise wide application deployment and systems integration projects for major corporations. His expertise includes managing projects and resources dispersed geographically. He is a frequent guest speaker at international and Bay Area business schools. Srinivas holds a MS degree in Engineering and pursued postgraduate studies in Business Administration at Edinburgh Business School, Scotland, UK. He holds an MBA from Anderson Business School, UC Los Angeles. He is also member of Information Systems SIG, IEEE Computer Society, ISACA and American Society for Quality.
